Varsity Property Solutions (“Varsity”) provides property strategy advisory and coordination services, including the Property Strategy Blueprint. Varsity keeps advisory, construction, financing, insurance-related, and real estate brokerage activities clearly separate, as described below.

1. Construction services

Construction services are performed by Varsity Construction Group, an affiliate of Varsity, subject to applicable licensing.

2. Real estate brokerage

Varsity provides real estate advice but is not acting as your real estate broker. If you decide to buy or sell a home, any brokerage services are provided by an appropriately licensed real estate brokerage, and you are free to choose your own agent.

3. Lending, loan brokerage & mortgage origination

Varsity does not make loans. Any lending, loan brokerage, or mortgage origination is conducted only by appropriately licensed or authorized companies or individuals. Varsity does not guarantee financing approval, rates, or terms.

4. Insurance claims & legal matters

Varsity does not adjust insurance claims, negotiate coverage, interpret insurance policies, or act as a public adjuster, and does not provide legal advice. These services are referred to independent, appropriately licensed professionals. At your direction, Varsity may share construction information, such as estimates and documentation, with those professionals.

5. No obligation to use affiliated providers

You are not obligated to use any affiliated service provider. A Blueprint recommendation may involve Varsity, Varsity Construction Group, or an unrelated provider, and you are free to choose any qualified provider.

6. Affiliated relationships

Varsity Construction Group is affiliated with Varsity. Affiliated relationships and any material financial interests are disclosed to you in writing when legally required.

7. No guarantees

Nothing on this website or in any Varsity communication is a promise or guarantee of insurance recovery amounts, financing approval, home values, or construction costs or timelines. Illustrations on this website are conceptual and are not projections or examples of actual client engagements.
